1. Create a new chatbot. Click on “Create Chatbot” button.

  1. Give your chatbot a name. Click on the “Create” button.

  1. Edit chatbot profile image and name. Click to edit chatbot profile.

  1. Add knowledge. Click on the “Add Knowledge” button.

  1. Choose your knowledge source. Pick “Plain Text” to paste text or “Website” to enter a URL.

  1. Enter text. Use the Text Editor to paste and edit plain text.

  1. Embed chatbot to website. Copy and paste your chatbot code snippet into your website HTML file.
